why depression? it's so like old. depression:a mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity . If it's a mental state, then isn't it like losery?

I don't think it is best to consult dictionaries on this subject. They are not human. Only true humans can understand depression.

Ah, yes, it is based on Buddhism and Daoism, but it has some severe differences. And it's not a religion, it is a philosophy about finding happiness in life.

The first depressing truth is "All things in life are causes of depression." I can give some examples if you do not understand this.

depression is a modern twist on the word sad. sad=depression. it's like a call for attention if it's pronounced to the world. if you're sad, don't tell EVERYOBODY. tell friends, family, etc. depression is soooooo 2 years ago. lol jk
